Good overview of what macro practice is. Macro practice can be about size of impact and also about addressing the root of a social problem. I can so see your leadership skill (being able to connect with a wide variety of people) in you -- and it is such an important one. I'm interested to see how your understanding of yourself as a change agent develops -- I have a feeling it is already part of who you are and is there for the discovering. Loved the Bloopers. Please include them in all future assignments so that I can have a good laugh. :)
